What we collect
When you submit the estimate request form on this website we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the addresses or ZIP codes involved in your move, your preferred date, the size of the move, the service you are interested in, and any notes you add.
When you call the number listed on this site, we hold the contact details and move details you give us over the phone.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate information about visits and pages viewed. We also save source information in your browser's session storage when available: the first page path you visit, the referring website's hostname, campaign tags and advertising click identifiers in the link, and the time of capture. We do not save the full landing URL or referring URL for this source record. If you submit an estimate request, we include this source record and the submission page path with your request.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry information to respond, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out your move, and follow up about the service. We use aggregate analytics and submitted source information to understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact details to third party marketing lists. We do not send marketing messages to people who have only requested an estimate unless they have asked to hear from us.
Who else sees it
Your information is handled by our own staff and by the service providers that operate our website, scheduling and customer records systems. Estimate requests and their source information are sent to SmartMoving, our customer records provider. Google reCAPTCHA helps check form submissions for spam and may collect browser and device information. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides aggregate web analytics. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
Cookies
The source record uses session storage, with a maximum age of 24 hours. It is normally removed when you close the browser tab. Blocking this storage does not prevent you from sending an estimate request. Google reCAPTCHA may use cookies when checking the form. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings.
