How much does a move cost?
Local moves are priced hourly and quoted in writing before anything is booked, with a 2 hour weekday minimum and a 3 hour weekend minimum. The variables that actually move the number are crew size, stairs, driveway length and how much packing is left when we arrive. Long distance is quoted as a flat price rather than hourly.
How far in advance should I book?
Month end dates and summer weekends fill first, so two to four weeks ahead is comfortable for those. Mid month and midweek moves can often be scheduled with much less notice. It is always worth calling even when the calendar looks tight.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we will provide a certificate of insurance naming your building or property management company when one is required. Most managed apartment and office buildings in metro Atlanta need that several days before move day.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Peachtree City and work throughout Fayette, Coweta and Fulton counties, including Fayetteville, Newnan, Senoia, Brooks and Atlanta. Long distance moves run out of Georgia to destinations we confirm case by case.
