From the very beginning, they were friendly, professional, and immediately made me feel confident that we’d be in good hands. That feeling turned out to be completely right.They moved us from Peachtree City, GA to Seattle, WA, where our new home had four steep flights of stairs. They handled it without complaint, without cutting corners, and without adding surprise charges. They charged exactly what they quoted.Three months later, they flew out to Seattle to coordinate our move to Olympia, WA. Once there, we discovered the truck couldn’t make it up our steep driveway. Once again, they were calm, reliable, solution-oriented, and pleasant to work with. They got the job done with a great attitude and again charged exactly what they said they would.Six months after that, we called them yet again to move us from Olympia, WA to Cincinnati, OH. By this point, I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly, handled our belongings with care, stayed friendly and professional the entire time, and charged exactly what they quoted.Finding movers who are honest, dependable, and consistent is rare especially across multiple long-distance moves. Overall, we had a good experience with Premiere Movers. The moving team was friendly, professional, and extremely hardworking. We were moving a 3000 sqft home, and it was raining, so it was a challenging day. We had the owners of the company come for a visit and do a thorough walkthrough of our home and property for the estimate. Our biggest criticism is that the quote was considerably less than what we ended up paying, and the time was also estimated low. We were quoted a little over $2200 for 8 hours based on the walkthrough and our belongings. This is why we decided to go with Premiere, they had the most cost-effective quote and time estimate from all the companies we received quotes from. We ended up with a total of 14 hours moving and going about $700 over the estimate, and many items were left behind, and we had to do several big loads ourselves. Luckily, we didn't move too far away, so we were able to get the rest of our belongings to the new home. They did offer the last 2 hours free of charge since it was after 9pm. 2 of the team returned in the morning to place all the items in the correct rooms, which we absolutely could not have done on our own. I thought the moving team was absolutely fantastic, and I def would recommend these movers. They were respectful and careful with our belongings and with the spaces. They weren't rough; there was no major damage done to belongings or property. I think with any business that deals in estimates, just plan on overages, and you'll be fine; otherwise, you might suffer a little final sticker shock.
